My “pedigree” includes being a Certified Feldenkrais practitioner (since 2000 – after 6 years of training), retired physical therapist (over 30 years experience) with both Masters and Doctoral degrees in physical therapy from Baylor University. My medical retirement from military service in the U.S. Army shifted my career. Raising two (now young adult) sons as a single mom for over 14 years grew my patience and compassion in ways I would never have anticipated. A passionate life-long student, my goal is to never stop learning. I am an accomplished public speaker and educator.
You want more from your life… I understand. We will find the path to improved quality of life together. We will take this at your pace, and will adjust when life intervenes, because it will. Everything I know, and all of my experience are available for you. We will learn with each other. All of my skills will be fully used to help you see the possibilities and options that small changes can open up. When you need hope, there will be light. When you need reassurance, I will be here. When you need encouragement, I will help you see how far you have come. You can have the quality of life you desire. I will help you believe it, and achieve it.
